Outside of work I enjoy Crossfit, so I understand the aches, pains and potential injuries that come with an active lifestyle, as well as the postural issues caused by desk work. I’ve personally experienced the benefits of sports massage in alleviating chronic pain, and I’m dedicated to helping others achieve the same relief.

-Sports massage  

Using deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, I target muscle tension, improve flexibility, and address chronic pain. Perfect for athletes and anyone experiencing muscular discomfort. I am also qualified and insured to adapt sports massage safely for pregnant clients who need relief from muscle tension and pain.

-Dry Cupping

This therapy helps release tight fascia, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension. It’s especially effective for reducing chronic pain, promoting healing, and enhancing overall mobility.

-Kinesiology Taping

Applied strategically to muscles and joints, kinesiology tape supports movement, reduces strain, and aids recovery from injuries while allowing you to stay active.​​
