Based in Chippenham, my time is split between my home treatment room on Pewsham and Crossfit Monarch Borough Parade.

In my free time I enjoy pole fitness and indoor climbing so I know the aches, pains and potential injuries which can follow physical activity, as well as the postural issues caused by desk work. I have personally found sports massage to be extremely beneficial in reducing chronic pain and I look forward to helping others with similar problems.

Sports massage is a form of deep tissue manipulation which works on reducing tension in specific muscles and improving range of movement to restore balance to the body. My treatment involves myofascial release techniques to target trigger points in the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding the muscles. I also provide dry cupping which helps to release the fascia which can be a cause of chronic pain. Not just for athletes, sports massage is effective for anyone suffering from muscular pain.

Pregnancy massage is suitable after 12 weeks and can be enjoyed right up to birth and during breastfeeding. It is great to relieve muscle tension during pregnancy and to reduce swelling, increase circulation and promote relaxation.
