How I can help

Sports Massage - Every session is adapted to you with pressure adjusted to your comfort level. Optional cupping may be included where beneficial. Sports massage can help to reduce pain and muscle tension, improve movement and flexibility and promote faster recovery after training.​

Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - A gentle, rhythmic treatment that stimulates your lymphatic system to reduce fluid retention, ease puffiness and leave you feeling lighter and more energised. Ideal for heavy legs, bloating, sinus congestion or general wellbeing.

About me

I'm Amy, a sports massage therapist and lymphatic drainage specialist based at Crossfit Monarch.

Outside of work I enjoy Crossfit myself so I understand the physical demands of an active lifestyle. I also regularly help clients suffering with aches and pains from long hours at a desk.

My focus is always the same: helping you to feel more comfortable in your body and move with confidence.
